Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
At NewBridge Recovery Center’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP), we specialize in the treatment of substance abuse, trauma and co-occurring conditions. Individualized treatment is based on the premise of healing with care, gentleness and compassion in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
About Our IOP Treatment
Our IOP program provides 10 hours per week of counseling in group and private sessions. During the program you will receive psychological, social and alcohol/drug assessments, an individualized treatment plan and continuing care recommendations. The IOP program is designed for adults 18 years of age or older who are experiencing substance abuse problems. Our program incorporates both individual and group therapy. Group treatment allows the patients to form relationships with others new to recovery. Individual care enables our patients to have confidential one-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor. Every person entering treatment has a unique set of circumstances and addiction history. Our treatment plans are specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual.
We have two different IOP tracks available, morning or evening, to fit each patient’s individual needs. (View)
NewBridge Recovery Center’s dedicated team of therapists offer a wide variety of experience and methods in treating addiction. Each member of our team brings their own unique approach to the Intensive Outpatient Program. Patients can benefit from the different therapeutic practices available at NewBridge Recovery Center. We maintain a high staff-to-patient ratio. This ensures that each patient is given high priority and that their needs are continually met.
In addition to traditional therapy, our IOP Treatment also utilizes holistic and alternative methods of treating addiction. This includes:
- Yoga and Meditation
- Restorative Breathing Practices
- Art Therapy
- Nutritional Therapy
- Creative Writing
- Onsite Drug Testing
We strive to provide you with all the tools and resources needed to begin a new life free from drugs and alcohol. Our goal is to make recovery possible for every patient and we do this by incorporating evidence-based treatment into our Intensive Outpatient Program.
